With her career in the busing industry beginning in 1996 as a driver for Palmer Bus Service, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Outside of work, Penny enjoys outdoor activities. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is witnessing the growth and development of the students she serves.

Palmer Bus Service has been dedicated to safely transporting students in the Willmar community since 1982. Each school day, we provide safe transportation for approximately 700 students attending Willmar Schools.
The Willmar School District #347 includes Willmar Senior High School, Willmar Middle School, and Kennedy, Lakeland, and Roosevelt Elementary Schools.
Willmar is situated in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, approximately 90 miles west of the Twin Cities.
