Our current fleet proudly showcases innovative propane-powered buses and methane-powered buses, affectionately dubbed "cow fart buses" due to their unique source of fuel.

At Farmfest, PBS proudly showcased our commitment to alternative fuels by displaying a propane bus at MN Propane Association's exhibit booth. This event underscored our support for propane as a clean, viable energy source.
We also had a valuable opportunity to engage with U.S. Congressman Brad Finstad, advocating for propane as a sensible solution for clean energy and seeking his continued support for both the propane industry and school bus transportation.
A special shoutout to Palmer employees Penny Dahlberg and Kathy Anderson for their essential roles in making this showcase possible! Their efforts helped us highlight the benefits of our propane buses and reinforce our commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.

Volunteer Events
Palmer Bus Service teamed up with the wonderful Austin community to collect donations for the amazing Packer Pantry organization. This student-led group, the Packer Pantry and Clothes Closet, does incredible work by offering essential food, clothing, and personal items to students and families who could use a helping hand. We are happy to be a part of this important cause!
Palmer Bus Service hosted a "stuff a bus" event to collect donations for Toys for Tots. This amazing organization provides toys, books, and other goodies to families in need. It was a heartwarming event, and we were so grateful for everyone who participated and helped make a difference in the community!
Our team at Palmer Bus Service volunteered at St. Clair school for a volunteer day! We had a blast helping out at a double header basketball game, with three of our employees working at the concessions stand and four employees helping out with ticket taking. It was a great opportunity for us to give back to the community and support our local school.
