A little about John:
My name is John Caron and I grew up on a dairy farm west of Hanley Falls. After high school I went to Minnesota West Community and Technical College in Canby for Diesel Farm Technologies. I married my best friend and we have 5 boys that keep us on our toes. I was in the trucking industry for over 10 years where I owned and operated a Caron Trucking Company transporting livestock. I moved on to working on a large farm, raising hogs and crops. From there I went into the construction industry working for a company that made pre-made structures where I handled the shipping and receiving of all products. I have been with Palmer Bus Service for a little over 2 years. In my spare time, I stay busy with my family. We love the outdoors, hunting. fishing, four wheeling, and pontooning. My boys have been very active in sports and you will find us on the football field, basketball court and baseball field watching them do what they enjoy!

Palmer Bus Service has been proudly serving the Cottonwood community by providing safe transportation for students since 2006. We currently transport approximately 500 students daily. Lakeview School District #2167, consists of a K-12 educational facility located in Cottonwood, MN.
Situated in Lyon County, Cottonwood is located approximately 140 miles west of the Twin Cities. This quaint town is nestled along the shores of Cottonwood Lake, named for the abundance of trees that surround it.
