A little about Mark:
Mark grew up in a small town in central Minnesota, where he has lived his entire life. He began his career in transportation as a van and bus driver for Palmer Bus Service. Afterward, he spent two years working in public transit, both as a driver and in management. With over five years of experience in the industry, Mark is now thrilled to have taken on the role of Site Manager for Palmer Bus Service of Nashwauk/Keewatin. In his free time, Mark enjoys visiting friends and family, spending time outdoors, playing musical instruments, and grilling.

Palmer Bus has been providing transportation services to the Nashwauk-Keewatin community since 2024, safely transporting approximately 580 students each day within the Nashwauk-Keewatin School District #319, which includes students from Pre K through 12th grade in Itasca County.
Located approximately 197 miles north of the Twin Cities, Nashwauk and Keewatin were originally separate school districts until they merged in 1962/1963 to form the Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans. The Keewatin Tigers and Nashwauk Colts, with respective school colors of black and orange, and blue and white, came together as one school with the colors orange and blue to represent unity.
